Shipping

We ship within the United States, and shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

Your print is drawn from the record for your date, checked by us, then printed and dispatched. Making it takes 2 to 3 business days; delivery is usually another 3 to 5. Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. The date range shown on the product page is our estimate for an order placed today.

Tracking

You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking has not moved for several days, email us and we will chase it.

How prints are packed

Posters are rolled in tissue paper inside a thick cardboard tube. Framed prints and canvases travel in protective boxes. Nothing in the parcel shows the price paid, so it can be sent straight to someone as a gift.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We are not shipping internationally yet — you can still order a print of any place in the world, it simply has to be delivered to a US address.

Address accuracy

We send parcels to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before you pay. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we will re-send it once you confirm a corrected address; a reprint cost may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace it free. Email support@earththatday.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo.
